Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Yes, COD is available on all orders within India. You can select this option at checkout.

All VelvetFeel orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos, product names, or indication of the contents on the outer box or invoice. The shipping label contains only the information required by the courier for delivery.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
